Job Description:Duties and Responsibilities:
- To develop product specifications targeting consulting authorities, architects, government departments, and other specifying bodies. This involves identifying projects in advance stages and working towards securing specifications from top-tier consultants and architects.
- Identify projects in the pipeline, work closely with the sales team to secure specifications, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, and government officials, to ensure continuous specification inflow and project completion.
- Market research and analysis to estimate demand for new products and revise existing product specifications as needed.
- Prepare and submit applications, documents, and reports required for approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recommend and implement actions to improve system performance and efficiency.
