We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Project Manager with development experience and proficiency in Japanese to lead technology projects with excellence.

This is a full-time, permanent work-from-anywhere role ideal for professionals with strong project management expertise, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

  1. Leverage strong project management skills to deliver technology projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Maintain effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Japanese) with JLPT N1/N2 certification
  • Strong project management expertise with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility
