Job Description:

As a seasoned Technical Project Manager, you will spearhead and execute projects in data engineering and analytics, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and delivering technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

With expertise in cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows, you will effectively collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.

Additionally, you will lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies, track project progress using tools like Jira and Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.

Proactive problem-solving and communication are essential in identifying and resolving project blockers and dependencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
