Sr. Manager Analytics Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Analytics professional to lead our analytics efforts.

This role requires a deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, along with strong leadership skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute analytics strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of predictive models and data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all analytics work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience in ML/DL, preferably with a technical background.
  • Proven track record of developing production-ready predictive models and data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
