We are seeking a seasoned UAT Test Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing efforts for Sales - CRM and Microsoft D365.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.

About the Role

This position ensures that the platform meets business requirements and delivers a seamless experience for Sales - CRM teams and end-users.

Main Responsibilities

  • UAT Strategy & Planning: Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales - CRM workflows. Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Test Case Management: Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements. Ensure coverage of critical Sales - CRM processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users. Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies.
  • Defect Management: Track, analyze, and escalate defects. Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders. Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Environment & Data Setup: Ensure UAT environment mirrors production. Manage test data preparation and validation.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX). Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • 12 + years in QA/UAT, with 3+ years in Sales - CRM and - Sales platform testing
  • Experience working with Microsoft D365
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
