Job Opportunity: Data Management Expertise
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Management Expert. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data management, while building strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Reporting:
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent data collection, collation, reconciliation, and uploading skills, utilizing 100% accuracy. You will also gather, store, and prepare reports as per business requirements, and develop reports based on business needs.
Analysis and Insights:
You will conduct quantitative/qualitative data analysis using Excel tools, construct forecasts, predictions, and recommendations based on policy terms, and present reports with observations or outcomes specified.
Communication and Teamwork:
You will intimate clients of monthly data post QC and calculation, follow up with insurers for endorsement closure within TAT period, and maintain strong communication skills, MS-Office proficiency, and good team management skills.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree from any background, with General Insurance certifications an advantage. A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in General Insurance (Insurance Company/Brokers/TPA) is required, along with experience in handling data management portals preferably SAIBA.
Skills and Abilities:
