Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled systems engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Platform Engineering Observability team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Implement backup, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop automation scripts for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Implement security best practices to safeguard cloud environments and protect sensitive data.
  • Administer company SaaS platforms and collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on AWS.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
