Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will design and develop a robust FastAPI backend infrastructure to power multi-agent workflows. Your expertise in workflow orchestration and agent systems will enable the creation of adaptive workflows that handle fallbacks and reason over user intent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement memory and context systems for knowledge retrieval and adaptive workflows
  • Manage authentication, user integrations, and secure credential handling
  • Build robust error handling for internal reasoning and external API/tool failures
  • Own deployment, monitoring, and scaling of backend infrastructure

Requirements:

  • A strong background in backend development with Python/FastAPI is essential
  • Proven ability to design workflow orchestration and agent systems is crucial
  • Experience with context management, prompt engineering, and AI-engineering is necessary
  • Familiarity with Postgres and vector databases is required
  • Ability to build systems for multi-step planning, minimal hallucination, and graceful error recovery is vital
