Job Title: Technical Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technical Services Manager.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to drive business growth through effective technical services delivery.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for empanelment and specification inclusion of products in government organizations, private construction companies, and design architects.
  • You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and create project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to conduct technical presentations and engage with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Empanelment and specification inclusion of product in government organisations, private construction companies and design architects.
  • Relationship building with government organisations, private construction companies and design architects.
  • Create project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects for specification empanelment of products.
  • Identify prospective clients, map their requirements and conduct technical presentations for new customer acquisitions.
  • Promote blended cement in key projects and identify opportunities for high-contribution products.
  • Provide solutions to customers by optimizing mix designs and conducting trials at site and third-party labs.
  • Resolution and retention of customers through optimization of concrete trials and resolution of quality complaints.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and its trends.
