Visual Creative Lead

You will be responsible for developing innovative visual assets across various digital and print media platforms. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with brand strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver compelling designs that effectively communicate client stories, elevate brand identities, and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual designs, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to align design with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Create production-ready files for both digital and print outputs (brochures, presentations, signage, packaging, etc.).
  • Stay updated on design, marketing, and cultural trends to keep work fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Able to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Strong time management skills; able to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of digital formats (social media, web) and print production.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a plus.
