About the Role

As a creative professional, you will be responsible for visualizing concepts and transforming them into compelling communication across various mediums.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life through high-impact visuals.

  • Briefs and ideas need to be translated into visually engaging creatives.
  • Develop design concepts, storyboards, and layouts for branding, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables.
  • Work closely with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transforming briefs and ideas into visually engaging creatives.
  • Developing design concepts, storyboards, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintaining consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables.
  • Collaborating with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar design/visualizer role (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • A strong sense of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative work across different formats (digital, social, print, etc.).
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have

The following skills are desirable but not required:

  • Motion design or basic animation skills.
