  • Develop a Comprehensive Learning Strategy: Create a tailored learning plan for the organization, addressing current and future needs.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and recommend interventions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Implement Effective Learning Programs: Guide the selection of vendors, design content, choose delivery methods, and establish success metrics.
  • Evaluate and Improve: Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Leadership and Capability Development: Support initiatives that enhance leadership and capability within the organization.
  • Learning Technologies and Best Practices: Identify and implement learning technologies, platforms, LMS, AI tools, and best practices in L&D.
  • Culture of Continuous Learning: Partner with stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • L&D Planning and Execution: Mentor and guide internal teams in L&D planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven success in strategic roles.
  • Strategic L&D Frameworks: Experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks in mid-to-large-sized organizations.
  • Independent Strategic Initiatives: Ability to work independently and manage strategic initiatives with limited oversight.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills are essential.
