Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Beauty Head to lead our Beauty Department and drive service sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

About the Role:

  • As a Beauty Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of beauty professionals and ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • You will work closely with the Slimming Head, Derma team, and Marketing/BTL department to drive cross-functional growth and activations.
  • Our ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets and drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals by effectively managing the Beauty team and providing outstanding customer service.
  2. Maintain high service standards and conduct client consultations and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  3. Ensure timely package execution and follow-ups, and maintain SOP adherence, hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
  4. Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team, allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance regularly.
  5. Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances in a fair and efficient manner.

  • Strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services, sales-driven with proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, client-centric with strong problem-solving ability.
