Backend Developer Job Description

Are you an accomplished backend developer seeking a challenging role that will allow you to utilize your technical expertise? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Spring Boot and Java.

  • Develop and maintain microservices architecture ensuring service reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and applications.
  • Design and implement efficient, optimized queries for relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Integrate with external APIs and third-party services.
  • Implement unit and integration tests for backend services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of professional backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+ preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework (Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring MVC).
  • Understanding of REST API design principles.
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORMs (Hibernate/JPA).
  • Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and agile development processes.
  • Knowledge of Microservices and Containerization.
