Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Backend Developer to design, develop and maintain high-performance, secure backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, proficiency with Oracle DB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and a deep understanding of backend architecture, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Design and develop high-performance, secure backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices for fintech and payment systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
  • Lead the design of system architecture and database schema for complex, data-driven applications.
  • Continuously optimize code and infrastructure for performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

\
  • 7–10 years of strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
  • Proficiency with Oracle DB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, including complex queries and database performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of backend architecture, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Jenkins, and modern CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in engineering (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related)
