Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join our team at Zyoin Group. As a key member of our pre-sales and post-sales teams, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, providing technical consultancy and support, and driving the implementation of solutions. You will work closely with various teams both internally and externally to provide white glove service and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive and own Proof of Concept (POC) as a technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC), including implementation and onboarding as Pre-sales engineer.
  • Provide demos of capabilities along with Sales counterparts, customizing or data modeling the demo according to clients' use cases.
  • Act as a liaison on technical support for existing customers and product adoption for clients in line with pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes.
  • Represent the company as the Face of the organization to clients, maintaining existing relationships and building new ones with strong trust and value creation.
  • Work closely across different teams to provide prompt and professional troubleshooting for any technical challenges faced by clients.
  • Able to stand in the client's shoes and dedicated to drive high levels of client satisfaction while maintaining the company's integrity and sanity.
  • Perform regular technical account reviews, product trainings, and on-site visits to provide insights and analytics for clients.
  • Assist clients in optimizing their overall solution to make them successful using SHIELD solutions and ensure long-term success.
  • Be the trusted technical and solution advisor to our clients, seeking and working with the SHIELD product and engineering teams to manage clients' feature request prioritization.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in total, with a minimum 3 years of Technical Account Management, Sales engineering, or Support engineering experience in the B2B enterprise Software / SaaS / payments/ Mobile industry.
  • Hands-on experience in SDK implementation is a plus.
  • Strong experience in driving integration and being a single point of contact with clients to drive the POC end-to-end.
  • Strong customer focus with an ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
