Job Title: Agile Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Lead to lead and manage agile software development projects from initiation to completion. As an Agile Project Lead, you will be responsible for anchoring the scrum ceremonies across projects in the areas of web application and mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Anchor Scrum Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of software products that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Execute projects according to agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Mandatory certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince) is a plus.
