As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Onboarding: Seamlessly integrating customers into our ecosystem of services, understanding their needs, and explaining how Pinch can transform their lives.
  • Solution Deployment: Defining interventions, deploying domestic helps, undertaking periodic supervision, and monitoring completion to customer satisfaction.
  • Partner Management: Working with our central partner ecosystem, onboarding local partners, overseeing quality, and providing valuable feedback.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Educating customers, adopting wider range services, and continually enhancing customer service through dialogue, iteration, and resolution of complaints.
