Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to manage activities related to service contracts, including maintenance, equipment database handling, and invoicing processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate order processing and billing activities for service contracts.
  • Supervise and manage daily tasks of the customer support team.
  • Review legal agreements for completeness of terms and conditions related to maintenance billing.
  • Maintain and update equipment databases, including movements, additions, and cancellations.
  • Manage invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and revenue recognition criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation and reporting of revenue data, including corrections and clarifications.
  • Handle archiving and record retention in accordance with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across various levels of the organization.
  • High sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • JLPT certification (N1 to N5) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with outsourced operations.
  • Exposure to global or multi-country environments.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
