Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operator. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machines and processes.

Your primary focus will be on performing regular cleaning and lubrication of machines, verifying status labels on packing materials, and ensuring accurate labeling to avoid mix-ups.

You will also be responsible for checking and resolving rejection issues during packing, monitoring productivity and quality with workers, and updating them on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Additionally, you will clear machines for operation after maintenance or breakdowns and train personnel on critical operations like visual inspection and labeling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning and lubrication of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Verify status labels on packing materials and ensure accurate labeling to avoid mix-ups.
  • Rejection Issues: Check and resolve rejection issues during packing to minimize delays.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Monitor productivity and quality with workers and update them on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Maintenance Support: Clear machines for operation after maintenance or breakdowns.
  • Training and Development: Train personnel on critical operations like visual inspection and labeling.
