Growth Analyst

About Our Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Growth Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven growth and excellence through innovative technologies and expert analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing Data: Conduct comprehensive cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.
  • Key Performance Metrics: Calculate and monitor key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Attribution Modeling: Build and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
  • Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process AppsFlyer raw data for analytical purposes.
  • SQL Query Development: Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
  • Dashboards and Analytics: Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with client teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Predictive Modeling: Create predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
