Job Title:

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving reputation management, policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communication. The successful candidate will have expertise in navigating complex government relationships, managing crises, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Advocacy & Influence: Develop and execute effective policy advocacy strategies to drive positive change and ensure a favorable regulatory environment.
  • Crisis Management & Reputation Protection: Lead crisis communication efforts, manage media relations, and implement reputation protection strategies to maintain a positive company image.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and mitigate risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Monitor regulatory developments, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Expertise in Policy Advocacy: Proven track record of developing and executing effective policy advocacy strategies.
  • Crisis Management & Communication: Ability to lead crisis communication efforts and manage media relations during sensitive situations.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong leadership skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision making and drive business growth.
