L M Exchange, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator to drive visual storytelling and brand development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a passion for managing social media platforms, brand development, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create engaging visual content for digital platforms, including website banners, social media posts, advertisements, newsletters, and presentations.

• Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other print marketing materials as needed.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that meet campaign objectives.

• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand identity and guidelines.

• Edit photos and videos to create engaging multimedia content.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Social Media Coordination:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.

• Develop and implement a social media content calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns and business goals.

• Create engaging, original content, including posts, stories, videos, and interactive content to boost user engagement.

• Monitor social media trends, tools, and platforms to continuously improve strategy and audience reach.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

• Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance, engagement, and areas for improvement.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all graphic and social media content supports overall marketing goals.

• Assist in brainstorming and creating new strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with other departments to create content that supports company-wide initiatives, events, and product launches.

• Help organize and promote digital campaigns, product releases, and special events across various platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.

• Proficiency in graphic design software and experience with video editing tools.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including content creation, trends, and analytics.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Creativity, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
