Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent accounting and financial management skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

The role will involve managing all aspects of the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance of Petty Cash Entries and Bank Reconciliations.
  2. Preparation of workings and filing of GST / TDS Returns.
  3. Preparation of Sales Invoice in ERP and timely sending of the Invoices to the Customers.
  4. Accounts payable and receivables management.
  5. Managing travel and hotel bookings of the organization and ensuring the payments are within prescribed budgets.
  6. Handling employee reimbursements as per the company policy.
  7. Responsible to keep and maintain stock of office supplies, pantry items and HR joining kit and ensure that the vendors are paid on time.
  8. Ensure that the office utilities like AC, internet, electricity, water, etc are working properly and their payments are timely done.
  9. Ensure that all AMC Contracts like AC, Pest Control, Coffee Machine, etc are renewed on timely basis and the servicing is also done.
  10. Maintenance of Expense Bills/ Vendor Invoices / Other Documents in physical form as well as scanned copies.
  11. Preparation of Final Accounts Assist the Auditor in completion of Statutory and Transfer Pricing Audit.
  12. Any other accounting or admin work as per the need of the hour.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate or a postgraduate in accounting/commerce required.
