Red Teaming Specialist

This role involves working on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team as a specialist in red teaming.

As a Red Teaming Specialist, you will be part of a truly global team of subject matter experts across various disciplines. You will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities including extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, red teaming, and jailbreaking. You will craft clever prompts to attempt to bypass the filters and guardrails on LLMs, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, red teaming, and jailbreaking, as well as project guidelines and requirements
  • Craft sophisticated and strategic prompts to challenge the capabilities of LLMs
  • Collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality results
  • Assist data scientists in conducting automated model attacks
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of different projects and clients, navigating changing guidelines and requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in LLMs and contribute to the evolution of your team's methods
  • Meet productivity targets, including prompt volume and average handling time per prompt

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or associates degree with 1 year of relevant industry experience, or high school degree with 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
