Every image, video, and line of copy you ship will be tested in the wild — ads, product detail pages, lifecycle flows, social media. You'll get real-time feedback, iterate daily, and see your work directly impact conversion rates, click-through rates, return on ad spend, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate ad creatives (static, video, copy) using AI tools and deploy them directly in Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • Adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to improve conversion.
  • Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  • Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and user-generated content-style creatives.
  • Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines — not just design visuals.
  • Produce daily creative variations, test fast, and learn what works.
  • Monitor click-through rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend, and engagement. Come up with insights or adjust based on analytics recommendations.

Our team uses a wide range of AI tools, including Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, and ElevenLabs. We also use deployment tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Interakt, and MoEngage, as well as quick editing tools like Canva and CapCut.

We're looking for a highly skilled AI creative specialist who can help us take our performance marketing efforts to the next level. If you have a strong portfolio, experience with AI-first tools, and a passion for performance marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

A day in your life as an AI creative specialist would involve checking performance metrics, generating new ad variations, deploying creatives, reviewing early signals, and prepping tomorrow's iterations. You'd also have the opportunity to work across the full funnel, shape how D2C brands do performance creative in the AI era, and be a foundational builder in a company reinventing growth.
