Astravise is seeking a talented Export Sales Role professional to join our team. As an Export Sales Role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements and identify opportunities to showcase Astravise's capabilities and product offerings.
  • Convert leads generated by the marketing team into sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers across various platforms, including email, phone calls, and video conferences.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to foster business growth and relationships.
  • Handle all customer inquiries and resolve commercial, technical, and other queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure timely payment realization from customers and generate new leads through outreach and online searches.
  • Attend client meetings and present Astravise's capabilities effectively to drive sales.
  • C coordinate with the SCM team for timely dispatch and oversee logistics coordination to ensure seamless communication of shipment status and delivery to customers.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations to analyze actual sales performance against targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Eng or B.Tech) or a similar field preferred.
  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strong command over spoken and written English.
  • Experience with ERP software would be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
Experience

5-8 years of experience in sales with a reputable manufacturing or construction equipment manufacturing organization. Experience in handling export customers is an added advantage.
