Founding Head of Engineering

This is a key leadership role that involves owning the architecture and development of our agentic AI platform. You will design scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who has 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments. They should also have a proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.

Responsibilities include leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership, as well as familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.

A strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams are also required.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a startup mentality – high autonomy, high responsibility, and a bias toward shipping. The successful candidate will contribute to company-wide decisions as a core member of the leadership team.
