Job Summary

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services, as well as managing supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand fabrication and manufacturing processes for various types of products.
  • Analyze suppliers' capabilities on technical feasibility.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Quality Control.
  • Sources and procures materials in accordance with project requirements.
  • Holds a good understanding of business processes and manufacturing operations.
  • Possesses excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of product components and various sourcing options.
  • Leads the team effectively to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
