Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Provide technical leadership to junior team members and participate in code reviews to ensure the solutions meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Document technical design, code, and other project artifacts as required.
  • Work towards achieving 100% automation and communicate effectively about the work done, rationale behind it, and the impact on other parts of the product and trade-offs that have been made.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies relevant for Windchill.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent software development experience.
  • Proven working experience as a Full Stack Developer in Java, J2EE, SQL.
  • 6+ years of experience in server-side programming in Java.
  • Passionate about simple and clean code, unit testing, and following standard coding practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and innovation capabilities.
  • Working knowledge on PLM software like Windchill will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure on CI/CD pipeline and GIT version control.
