Project Management plays a pivotal role in achieving educational goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program implementation, quality assurance, and optimization of school infrastructure and facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, Implementation, and Monitoring of Quality Support Program in the assigned region
  • Ensuring optimal usage and improvement of school's infrastructure and facilities (functional libraries, computer labs, Science labs, and energized classrooms)
  • Activation of critical processes in school such as sports, assembly, schedule, library, SDP, Student committees, Forum, Teacher professional development, and other student-centred activities and events
  • Smooth academic and co-scholastic operations throughout the year (sports day, annual day, republic day, community volunteering, PTM, etc.)
  • Assistance in formulation of Annual Operating Plan, submitting monthly budget projection, and monitoring day-to-day expenses of the region
  • Support in Recruitment of Academic mentor/Trainer in consultation with HR
  • Networking and liaison with stakeholders (community, parents, government bodies/authorities, etc.) to build and nurture long-term partnerships

This is a challenging role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
