Job Title

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee maintenance operations in a large industrial setting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To report directly to the Plant Maintenance Manager.
  • To hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation).
  • To possess professional certifications like Energy Manager, Boiler Engineer, TPM Facilitator, and Six Sigma.
  • To have 10 years of experience in maintenance & utilities management in a similar industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain equipment such as Pasteurisers, Separators, Bactofuge, Vacuum Pumps, DSI, High Pressure Pumps, Blowers, Fluid Bed, Sifter, Cheddar Master, Cooker, etc.

They will also oversee utilities equipment such as Boiler & Steam Network, Ammonia & Freon Based Refrigeration System, Compressed Air & Nitrogen Generation System, VAM, RO & UF, Sand & Carbon Filters, Pumps, DG Sets, Transformers, etc.

In addition, they will apply advanced maintenance practices like RCA, CAPA, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Electronics Equipment Monitoring Tools & Tackles.

They will prepare and monitor maintenance budgets, set and improve energy standards, identify and execute cost & energy saving ideas.

They will execute and achieve plant KPIs like Productivity, Losses & Complaint Reduction, Specific Energy Consumption, Production Lines OEE Improvement.

Finally, they will manage a team of 100 people by identifying training needs, performance assessment, and inculcating a human safety culture.
