About the Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Practice Head to lead the development and implementation of AEM-based solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the AEM practice, including strategy, operations, delivery, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality AEM solutions.
  • Develop and implement AEM-based product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  • Lead the gathering of requirements and assumptions, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Verify and validate the development process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide team members, comprising senior and mid-level professionals.
  • Represent Adobe professionally in client and team situations, articulating the architectural vision to clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record in AEM development and AEM Content Management System.
  • 5+ years of experience handling technical and/or business teams in customer-facing functions.
  • Proven ability to lead the AEM practice, setting strategic direction, goals, and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Ability to stay current on industry trends and best practices in AEM and related technologies.
