Embedded Software Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Specialist to drive innovation in our cutting-edge R&D environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firmware development, with expertise in designing and implementing real-time embedded systems for mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust firmware and real-time embedded software for mission-critical devices.
  • Optimize low-power performance in resource-constrained environments.
  • Implement efficient drivers for communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, LoRa).
  • Conduct thorough debugging, unit testing, and system validation.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers on PCB design, power management, and EMI/EMC considerations.
  • Ensure signal integrity, data acquisition accuracy, and reliable sensor integration.
  • Support prototyping and bring-up of new boards, ensuring smooth hardware–firmware synchronization.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation of code, integration steps, and testing.
  • Ensure compliance with standards (ISO, IEC) relevant to medical and defence deployments.
Requirements:
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of embedded firmware development experience.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS, and ARM-based MCUs.
    • Exposure to communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, LoRa).
    • Familiarity with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
    • Understanding of power management circuits, EMI/EMC, and IoT hardware constraints.
