Job Title: Sales Operations Analytics Manager

The primary objective of this role is to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership, enabling informed business decisions. To achieve this, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth. Present clear and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions. Utilize SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for data extraction and presentation.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Expertise in SQL: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Advanced Experience with Tableau: Skilled in creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Python: Experienced in using Pandas, NumPy, and other popular libraries for data manipulation, transformations, and machine learning applications.
  • Experience in Sales Operations: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other sales management systems to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency.
