Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency with data tools, and the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources for analysis.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Collaborate with business teams to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
