Job Title: Go To Market Lead

Greetings from Plum We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Go To Market Lead to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Go To Market Lead, you will be responsible for driving volume and market share growth by partnering with the sales function to identify opportunities, create plans, monitor execution, and collect feedback for improvement in subsequent sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Go-to-market strategies
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Sales team
  • Design and implement Trade Marketing programs to drive business growth
  • Drive distributor management processes and productivity in the sales system
  • Conduct competitor analysis and develop detailed knowledge of the market's actual needs
  • Identify and mitigate risks to product lines or sales channels
  • Update marketing data and gather new business intelligence
  • Liaise with senior teams across multiple channels and transform data-led knowledge into strategic plans
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience post-MBA
  • At least 3 years of on-ground sales experience in the consumer space
  • At least 3 years of experience in GTM or Trade Marketing
  • Possession of a solid understanding of consumer goods distribution strategy
  • Outstanding communication, quant, and Excel skills, as well as interpersonal abilities
