**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Development**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and articulate the brand's vision, mission, and values.
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies that differentiate the company from competitors.
- Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze data to understand target audience segments and develop strategies tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**:

- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across advertising, social media, and other promotional platforms.
- Measure campaign performance and effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align brand strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and customer experiences based on brand strategy.
- Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- **Reporting and Performance Measurement**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing brand performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine branding strategies and inform future initiatives.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification in branding or marketing is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in brand management tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
