Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Archival Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the data management group, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our archived data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Develop and implement effective data archiving strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • SAP Data Archiving: Activate and deactivate archive infrastructures (AIS), run catchup archiving for new archive objects, and perform sweeper operations on existing archive objects.
  • Incident Management: Assess and handle incidents and tickets related to data archiving, including handover from/to foreign locations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Data Archiving, Enterprise Scan application, WinViewer application, and replication server migration/upgrades.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong collaboration skills.
