Financial Leadership Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chartered Accountant. The role entails managing and overseeing the financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance.

The individual will prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Other responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, liaising with external auditors, and maintaining accurate financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all properties.
  • Prepare management information system (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and dashboards.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, hotel property management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
