Finance Management Role Overview

The role of Finance Manager involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring adherence to fiscal discipline and regulatory compliance, as well as developing strategic financial plans.

This position is crucial in supporting growth within the premium windows and aluminum systems market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to optimize financial performance.
  • Advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure timely payments and efficient operations.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and performance reviews.
Accounting & Compliance:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax requirements.
Procurement & Cost Control:
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments.
  • Implement cost control measures across the supply chain and manufacturing units to minimize expenses.
Qualifications & Skills:

CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA preferred for this position.

A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.

Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, and Tally/SAP are essential.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are required for this role.

Ability to work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives is vital.
