Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare financial statements in accordance with Indian accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage daily bookkeeping, accounting entries (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations), and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements including TDS, GST, PF, PT, and other applicable laws.
  • Audit Support: Support statutory and internal audits, assist in MIS reports for management, and maintain accurate records for due diligence and fundraising-related requirements.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, professional qualification preferred, 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, and proficiency in Zoho books and MS Office Suite.
