Sustaining Engineering Excellence

Are you a seasoned professional in sustaining engineering with a passion for mentoring and upskilling engineers? Do you have hands-on experience in supporting products through their full lifecycle, implementing design changes, driving CAPA initiatives, performing root cause analysis, improving product reliability, and ensuring comprehensive documentation?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training modules, workshops, and on-the-job guidance to engineering teams.
  • Support product lifecycle management from post-launch support to end-of-life, including product modifications and efficient design change implementation.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring product issues.
  • Promote reliability improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation according to industry standards (ISO, FDA, cGMP).
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Service teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sustaining engineering activities.

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience in sustaining engineering; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to mentor and train engineering teams; expertise in product lifecycle management, design change implementation, and root cause analysis.
