Senior Unreal Engine Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of interactive applications and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, immersive environments using Unreal Engine.
  • Develop and optimize project workflows, ensuring creative vision, performance, and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create visually compelling and functional environments.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across a variety of hardware and platforms.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, technical expertise, and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and Unreal Engine advancements, integrating them into production workflows.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints, materials, lighting, level design).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit for asset creation and integration.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Maya or other 3D content creation tools.
  • Knowledge of rendering, shading, and PBR material workflows.
  • Experience with Blueprint scripting in Unreal.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional industry experience.
  • 5+ years dedicated to Unreal Engine development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing completed Unreal projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
