Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our Gurugram-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
- Utilize clerical skills to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and support
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in appointment scheduling and administrative assistance
- Clerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service or office support role is a plus
