Urban Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a qualified professional to support urban infrastructure projects under State/Central/ULB initiatives.


The role involves end-to-end project management, planning, procurement, and monitoring of urban development programs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing civil infrastructure projects.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Manage procurement activities including vendor selection, material sourcing, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate with State, Central, and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) for project approvals, compliance, and reporting.
  • Oversee urban infrastructure development such as roads, drainage systems, public buildings, and utilities.
  • Supervise industrial construction projects including terminals, silos, manufacturing units, and utility structures.
  • Engage with top-tier consulting firms for audits, compliance reviews, and strategic inputs.
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance as per MoRTH, IRC, and IS standards.
  • Maintain project documentation including DPRs, MPRs, BOQs, RA bills, and inspection logs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in managing urban projects
  • Proven experience in project planning, procurement, and monitoring for government-led urban initiatives.
