Neonatal Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Neonatal Care Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to neonates in the NICU and nursery, including diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring.

• Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital protocols and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure integrated neonatal care.

Clinical Expertise

• Manage preterm, low birth weight, and critically ill newborns requiring ventilatory and intensive care support.
• Participate in resuscitation and stabilization of newborns in delivery rooms and emergency settings.

Teamwork and Communication

• Assist senior consultants and work as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.

Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and neonatal care standards.

We require candidates with:

• MD/DNB Pediatrics with Fellowship in Neonatology or DM Neonatology.
• 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in a tertiary-level NICU.
• Strong clinical acumen and patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and emergencies.
