Experienced conversational AI engineers are sought to drive innovation and growth in the development of sophisticated voice interfaces.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing, building, and optimizing conversational flows, with expertise in workflow automation using Make.com and/or n8n.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop conversational flows that meet business requirements, handling multiple branches, edge cases, and real-life conversation patterns.
  • Integrate RetellAI agents with external platforms via Make.com and/or n8n, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Debug, test, and refine agent behavior to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-ready solutions that exceed expectations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in conversational flow design.
  • Proven knowledge of workflow automation using Make.com and/or n8n, with a focus on webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with evidence of completed projects demonstrating real conversational flows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an hourly engagement model.

Proficiency in CRMs, booking platforms, or call management systems is considered beneficial. Familiarity with other AI platforms is also desirable.
