Release Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in release management and excellent organizational skills.

They will be responsible for planning and coordinating releases, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that releases meet quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Odessa platform and its complexities, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a challenging role that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate releases to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure that releases meet quality standards
  • Analyze release impacts on existing systems and functionality within the Odessa platform
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure that releases do not introduce new issues
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation related to release processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in release management within an IT environment
  • Proficiency with change management processes and tools
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess impacts and risks associated with releases
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
