Strategic Event Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Event Manager - Global Marketing to join our team at HyFun Foods. This role is responsible for ensuring that we are strategically represented at industry events both domestically and globally, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Purpose of the Position
The purpose of this position is to enhance brand visibility, create impactful customer experiences, and drive lead generation through the effective management of tradeshows, exhibitions, and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an annual calendar of tradeshows, exhibitions, and events aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Strategy and Planning: Develop tailored event strategies that target specific audience segments and align with brand messaging.
- Event Execution and Management: Manage end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, venue selection, booth design, logistics, staffing, and vendor management.
- Brand Activation and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging on-site activations, brand experiences, and product demonstrations.
- Sales Support and Lead Generation: Develop strategies for lead capture, follow-up, and reporting after each tradeshow.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with event organizers, venue managers, booth contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- 7-10 Years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, communication skills, creative skills, BTL, exhibition, spend management, and people management & interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
